JOE DUFF, OWNER

Joe founded Duff Builders in 1979 in the basement of his own home, which has since moved due to the growth of the company. It is important to him to provide homeowners with an experience built on a foundation of hardwork, honesty and commitment.

Joe and his wife, Patti, have two grown children, Laura and Joe, who also work in the company. He is a proud grandfather and enjoys spending his free time with his grandchildren and going to his cabin.

JOE DUFF IV, ESTIMATOR

After spending years helping out in the summers, Joe joined Duff Builders full-time in 2003. He is a critical part of the estimating phase, plan reviews, code compliance, and the permitting stage for the jobs. He also serves as Internal Project Manager for a large project on Prince Street in Lancaster City.

In his spare time, Joe can be found at Penn State games, camping or spending time with his fiancée, Lauren.

LAURA SCHROEDER, MARKETING DIRECTOR

Laura started working at Duff Builders as early as 1992, however became a permanent team member in 2001. While her primary role is overseeing the marketing needs of the company, she provides support to the office staff and customers as needed.

Laura and her husband are often found wrangling their two young children, Tyler and Sarah. Laura enjoys reading, boating and spending time with friends.

TERI McGAHEY, OFFICE MANAGER

Teri came to Duff Builders in 1999. She is an integral part of the team, helping customers navigate through the building process, from selections to scheduling. Her role as office manager has Teri overseeing the accounting department and keeping the office running efficiently.

Teri and her husband, Jim, have three grown children and two grandchildren. She loves to visit with her grandchildren and to spend time with her family.

TOM PRYZBYLKOWSKI, PRODUCTION MANAGER

Tom joined Duff Builders in the early 80's and again in 1993. Not only will Tom be found working directly with customers and subcontractors to keep things running smoothly, but he can often be found digging in the trenches alongside the crew. His determination to provide the best product for a homeowner is evident throughout all aspects of a job.

Tom and his wife, Ellen, are both enthusiastic ice hockey players. They enjoy spending time with their family.

TOD DOHL, PROJECT MANAGER

Tod joined Duff Builders in early 2008 as the Project Manager for a large project on Prince Street in Lancaster. He oversees and coordinates the construction of 24 upscale apartment units in a historical tobacco building in conjunction with Drogaris Companies.

Tod and his wife, Tasha, have a young son, Todjr. Tod enjoys hunting, camping, and hiking.
