SWISHER BUILDING - PRINCE STREET CENTER

Phase III of Prince Street Center incorporates the Swisher Tobacco Warehouse and the adjacent parking lot to create 19,000 square feet of office and commercial space as well as 24 residential apartments. Duff Builders was contracted to renovate and complete the 24 residential apartments. The project began in early spring of 2008.

Carlisle, PA

Courtyards of Carlisle is a condominium community in Carlisle, PA. The buildings consisted of four, six or eight condo units and were located in a peaceful setting close to downtown Carlisle. Duff Builders was contracted to build fourteen buildings with a total of 84 units, the last having been completed in 2006.
